Christ, it must be hideous outfit month in Hollywood. If Paris can't even handle looking good then she' is officially completely useless. I think a lot of famous people are starved for attention... i guess incredibly hideous outfits help them achieve this yearning. They think it's quirky or fun... but it's really just ugly. Wait a minute... perhaps these nasty shorts/evening wear outfits are their "anti-upskirt" solution. On the other hand, celebrities aren't smart enough for something that clever... yeah, let's just go with hideous outfit month.
