Apparently Lily Allen just can't keep her chest to herself. Not that anyone is really complaining... at least not that i know of. Maybe it has something to do with the fact she picks fights with random people on the street. You start flailing your arms about in the air like that something's bound to pop out eventually. Does this woman even sing anymore?
